Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are non- refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-refundable or returnable.
Refunds
Refunds will not be issued on items purchased from Madison Kate & Co. However, we will issue a full store credit or exchange for anything in the store. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged and proof of such is submitted.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then your store credit will arrive to you via email within 2 business days.
Late or missing store credit (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a store credit yet, first check your email again for confirmation. There is often some processing time before a store credit is received. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your store credit yet, please contact us at madisonkateco@outlook.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot. No exceptions.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If we still have the size/color that you are interested in, we will take your item for exchange. If we do not, we will issue store credit. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
